Technical and Design Qualifications
Innervisions Internet Services has been constructing web sites for corporate clients for over a year. Innervisions operates with ten designers, programmers, and Team Leaders who bring both experience and creativity to our clients’ table. Innervisions is based in Somerville, just outside of Boston, and has worked excessively within the greater Boston community. We work closely with our clients to ensure that the web site being built meets all of our clients' specifications. Our skills include the following:
- Design programs: all Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Canvas 5, Quark
- Internet related programming: HTML, DHTML, CGI, Javascript Flash and Shockwave
- Scripting languages: Perl, Shell, Python, Unix
- Structured languages: C, C++, Java, SQL, Oracle Database Programming
Project Approach
We often refer to our approach to Internet design and implementation through our motto, "Foresight Through Insight". By "Foresight Through Insight" we mean that Innervisions takes the time to get to know the client’s Internet needs, how the Internet can effect the client’s business, and what type of design structures would best fulfil the project requirements. Innervisions considers the client’s input one of the most important resources when considering website work. The client’s input combined with our research and experience gives us the insight needed before we actually begin to work on a site.
At Innervisions, we have a basic seven-step plan that goes into every site that we build.
- Initial Client consultation
- Innervisions writes up a proposal based on the client’s needs
- Proposal accepted
- Domain name registered, hosting is secured
- Sketch Proofing
- Beta site (rough sketch) is published for client's approval
- Final site is completed, edited and published

Project Organization
An Innervisions team will be assigned to a project. There will be a Team Leader who will serve as the point person, creative consultant, and project leader. The Team Leader will meet with the client and be accessible at all times to the client to answer any questions or address any concerns that the client may have. The Team Leader will lead the design team as well as the programming team to ensure the project is focused, that the project meets all deadlines, and that the project meets the client’s requirements.
